Packaging
It’s not plastic! Your Lush products are packaged in eco-pop chips — a potato starch–based packing material that biodegrades quickly in water and soil.
Solid products are shipped naked, while liquids and creams are packaged in minimal black pots. These pots are made from 100% recycled plastic. Please return your clean black pots to a Lush store as part of our Bring It Back recycling program to help keep our plastic supply circular and out of landfill.

Order Processing & Delivery
Our dedicated teams work hard to get your products to you as quickly as possible. During peak periods or promotional events, delivery may take longer than our usual lead times.
Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details. Delivery times may vary depending on stock availability, carrier capacity, and delivery location.
All shipments are fully trackable.

International Orders, Duties & Taxes
For international shipments, customs duties, taxes, and handling fees may be charged by local authorities once the parcel arrives at its destination. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are outside of our control.
Because customs regulations vary by country, we recommend contacting your local customs office for the most accurate information before placing an order.
Lush will provide all required shipping documentation to the carrier. While we don’t anticipate delays, international parcels may be subject to customs inspections.
