You can exchange or return any product or gift you’re not satisfied with — for any reason. You’re always right, and if something didn’t work for you, we’ll help you find a better alternative that truly knocks your socks off.

Prefer a refund instead? No problem at all. Simply return the product along with your proof of purchase.


How to Return an Item

If you need to return a product purchased from our U.S. website, please contact our friendly Customer Care team first. They’ll guide you through the best return option for your order.

Due to shipping restrictions, body sprays and perfumes require special handling and cannot be returned via standard mail services. Please contact Customer Care for assistance with these items.

Refunds & Processing

  • Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment once returned items are received and inspected

  • Please allow up to 14 business days for your refund to be processed after we receive your return

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to a damaged, faulty, or incorrect item

If you’re returning an item because you’ve changed your mind, return shipping costs are your responsibility.


Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please contact Customer Care as soon as possible. Once the item is returned, you’ll be offered an exchange, e-gift card, or full refund. In these cases, we’ll cover any additional shipping costs.


In-Store Returns

In some cases, items purchased online may be eligible for return or exchange at a U.S. Lush store. Availability may vary by location. Please contact Customer Care or your local store for details.
